On behalf of the officers and employees of the City of Mason Police Department, I would like to welcome you to the City of Mason web site.

We recognize that residents moving to our community consider several choices before selecting Mason as a place to call home. We trust that the quality of city services, including law enforcement, validates their decision. We welcome the challenge to serve all our residents, businesses, and visitors.

Whether resident, visitor, or employee working in our city, I know you will find Mason to be not only a friendly town, but also a very safe one. The officers and employees of the City of Mason Police Department take great pride in maintaining that safe environment for our community.

We provide many crime prevention techniques and programs that include Neighborhood Watch, D.A.R.E., and Neighborhood SpeedWatch. Please take advantage of these and many other programs designed to make "Mason living" an enjoyable experience.

The most important ingredient to effective law enforcement today is communication between the members of the community and the officers hired to serve them. We want to encourage you to become acquainted with officers of our department and seek their support to enhance the quality of life enjoyed by Mason residents.
